About Me

∾ I am a Spiritual Coach, De-programmer, Quantum Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Shaman, Non-Denominational Minister, Meditation Instructor and Author. Through my lived learning, I guide people to inhabit their hearts fully so they may tap into their greatness. My methods empower people to experience the deep Peace, sheer joy and pure ‘knowing’ of BEing their best!

∾ I offer a range of healing services including: Quantum Hypnotherapy, Gemstone Energy Medicine, Reiki, and other energy techniques where each session is tailored to the clients needs at the moment. During sessions, clients are guided within to upshift their "inner makeup" using pure energy modalities. As we create a sacred space together, often starting with a short angel card reading and connecting to their I Am Presence, clients are guided to go within, using what is currently going on to bring healing and transformation on the deepest levels. Once again taking control of their health and happiness; learning to really listen to their body’s signals and trust their Intuition. Connecting to their I Am Presence or Source Self and Spirit Guides helps clients to remember who they truly are and why they are here; following their passion and living their purpose! 

~ Since a young child, I have had the ability to communicate with the Spirit World. At age fifteen one of my guides told me about things that would happen years later. They did, in my mid thirties. All of it came true! From that moment on, instead of looking down, I started looking up (and within). 

I became curious and began asking questions.  

The universe answered!

I followed all the signs, all the synchronicities.

~Starting with learning Reiki at the local library to becoming Certified as a Master Teacher, I wanted to know what made us think and behave the way we do. I asked; "Why is there so much fear, oppression, jealousy, separation, gas lighting (a term I learned later on)?". "Why are people so mean to each other when all we really want is Love?".  Studying the deeper mind, I became a Quantum Hypnotherapist. This led me to taking advanced courses such as Spirit Release work (the unseen negative influences), Past Life Regression, inner child work and our Galactic connections. I became a Certified An Ra Healer, a Shaman and Non-Denominational Minister because the more I searched, the more Spiritual the path became. 

During my training, a serious car accident of my 17 yr. old daughter's best friend confirmed all I believed about energy medicine. Having had 2 brain surgeries, in a coma and basically written off  by the medical staff; the family was told for everyone to come say their good by's. My daughter was devastated to say the least. Living in a different state at the time, I was guided to drive to the trauma center even though things were grim and she was in a coma for a few  weeks. Before I left, a colleague at the center I studied at gave me a Therapuetic gemstone necklace to use on her. 

I thought it was thoughtful! Until....

We were in her room at the ICU, where I placed the gems on her body and had my daughter lay her hands on her too and concentrate on peace, healing and seeing her friend once more out and about having fun. I prayed, sent healing energy and thanked the gems for doing their part. I would not have believed it if I didn't experienced it myself. 8 1/2 minutes later, her bff began to cough and woke from her coma! What???

That did it for me! 

I studied Therapuetic gemstones and crystals and became Certified in this form of energy medicine even conducting case studies with amazing results. The complete story is in my 1st book, 'How I got on my Journey', a self help book on Amazon.

~ For most of my adult life and career, I have known that my mission is to build Spiritual Retreat Centers, the first one being in Montana. A ranch style retreat center, 2000 acre+, offering a multitude of services, teaching Permaculture, healthy cooking and sustainable living; creating a heart-based community that supports humanity’s growth as we shift into higher consciousness. Included will be Spa Treatments and a multitude of holistic therapies for head to toe transformation. Where all who visit discover a profound connection with the Earth, themselves and community. A Spiritual ‘Awakening’ to their inner Truth and Unity consciousness; truly Being One Heart, One Light and One Love!

~ The center will hold restaurants that offer healthy and even ‘food healing science’ recipes, an Art Gallery and an Arts School including Music and Dance, a Permaculture School and Equine Therapy School. There will be a conference center and Amphitheater, Barns, Labyrinths, hiking trails, Community and Family Gardens that are featured in the restaurants. Fairy and crystal gardens as well as pyramid structures for healing and learning are all part of the design. Living water such as lakes, rivers and springs enhance the Therapuetic protocols. Tiny house villages are on the property for clients and other sections for practitioners to stay and even exchange with sister sites and centers around the world!

~ I believe educating everyone on natural therapies and practices available to them as well as their own innate healing abilities and deeper connection to 'All' is where we need to start! Through the years I have been guiding others to go within to free themselves and be the creators they Are born to be; to Reveal the Light Within!

In addition to private and group sessions, I've conducted gemstone energy medicine case studies, created classes and workshops for all ages, such as  The Magical Mystery School programs for children, various Meditation and Self Empowerment classes for adults. These include classes on the Chakra System, Clearing Cellular Memory, The Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine Connection, Reiki Certification and more.  All designed with Love and joy knowing now is the time we are All remembering that we truly are amazing Be-ings on our path to wholeness; we are all connected, all children of the One. Each playing an important role, each one of us matters! 

And Together, let us celebrate the Divine Plan coming together; the Living Library that is planet Earth; Gaia and our role with her in this monumental transformation, trusting All is unfolding perfectly!
